I use this chart as a check list when doing workshops, or as a discussion point with individuals. But whether you are actively concerned about your wellbeing or not, sometimes taking time to reflect is really good for us to realise that there is more we could be doing for ourselves. So, it's worth a look and asking yourself "have I taken care of myself today?".
